Return Policy

• We accept returns of products purchased from our website for up to 30 days after the purchase date.

• Only unopened Tentis’s will be refunded. We will asses all returns to make sure that there is no sand in the bags or on the poles or any other damage, If there is, we will not be able to process the refund and the customer will be liable for return shipping if they choose to keep the product. Tenti’s is not responsible for return shipping charges.

• Change of mind for pre-sale item: if costumers would like to cancel the order before the listing dispach date, a 5% stock reserving fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
